And farewell to Mike and Neil

It's that time to say farewell and very many thanks to committee members stepping down. Mike Alcock of Atlantic Link and Neil Lasher of Trainer1 have contributed greatly to the eLN for a number of years. We wish them every success in all their other ventures.
