eLN 25th birthday bash review - a great day

Many thanks to the organisers, sponsors and everyone who helped make the eLN 25th birthday bash at the Museum of London such a great success.

The day started with a historical perspective from Bob Little.

We then had past eLN chairs discussing their best elearning initiatives and those that should reside in the elearning Room 101.

The event sponsors then showed us their vision of the future of elearning and exciting initiatives they are planning for 2013.

We had a superb African drumming session, showing us all how a great learning session should be structured.

Laura Overton then gave us a thoughtful overview of the latest Towards Maturity report.

Stephen Heppell then gave us his eagerly awaited session on the very latest initiatives in educational technology.

The day was rounded off with the final of the pecha kucha competition. Phil Green gave us the 'elearning opera' and took the prize of a Kindle Fire.

Champagne and cake rounded off a great day.
