Looking for a multimedia course / tutor

Hi,

I am trying to find a course or tutor that would help me update my skills in Premier, Flash, Illustrator, Photoshop and Soundbooth. With more of an emphasis on the software than on instructional design/e-learning. Does anyone know of a good course that might be suitable? Preferably something that was just a day or two?

You could try the standard Macromedia training programmes which cover those tools.

Or your local 6th form college may cover elements of these.
