In a nutshell…
We’re restructuring eLN membership to make it even more affordable and flexible. Get full details of the new packages here.
Why have we made the changes?
We’ve got over 6,000 free associate members and we’re keen for more to become paid members. As a not-for-profit Community Interest Company we’re all unpaid volunteers (apart from our part-time administrator) and the more money the eLN has, the more we can do for our members and the elearning community as a whole.
What are the changes?
We have simplified membership into four levels:
Ass ociate - £free
For those who essentially just want access to the eLN web site.
Individual - £25
For those who want to grow in the industry. This level gives you access to our popular mentoring scheme, voting rights, the opportunity to judge awards and a 10% discount on an event credit with your membership (event credits are £195 + VAT and allow one person to attend one event).
Organisation - £275
For those who want to get more of their team involved.
This level gives you all the benefits of individual membership but also allows you an unlimited number of registered users within your organisation. You also get 2 bundled event credits with your membership.
Vendor / supplier - £750
For those organisations who want to contribute more and support the eLN through advertising and sponsorship. This level gives you all of the benefits of the Organisation package but with 3 bundled event credits, an advertising pack including ads on the eLN website (which gets 6,000 hits and 2,000 unique visits per month), an entry in the eLN Market Place and further sponsorship opportunities.
When will it happen:
We’ll introduce these changes from 20 September 2013.
What it will mean for you
If you’re already a paying eLN member you will continue to enjoy your current benefits until your membership renewal date. Then you can decide which membership level is right for you.
If you’re a free Associate eLN member we hope that you will take this opportunity to upgrade your membership and support your industry whilst developing yourself further with the eLN.
