About Me:

Neil is one of the leaders in the field of
eLearning in the UK.

With many years of learning and
training experience Neil has
been one of the big promoters of the
modern eLearning world.

In the late
1970’s he was a pioneer of digital
communications building data networks
across the globe with the Radio Society of
Great Britain. With a technical and
engineering background he has brought a
number of disciplines together and
formed a technical training company.

In the 1990’s importing the first US created
authoring tools for CBT and offering them
to corporates to become self sufficient in
their own creation of eLearning, Neil
quickly became an authority for the DIY
eLearning market.

A regular author of ground breaking
papers, and a lively sought after speaker
for learning conferences, Neil has a
regular ‘Opinion’ column in Human
Capital Management magazine and has
been published as the ‘expert’ in Chief
Learning Officer magazine. Neil is always
found pushing the limits and challenging
every rule to ensure success for his many
high profile clients.

A modern day instructional design
specialist, coach and eLearning expert,
Neil facilitates highly successful training
conferences and seminars for those
wishing to provide performance
improvement - while using the computer
as the delivery tool.

President of the Global Network UK for
the American Society of Training and
Development (ASTD), Vice Chairman of
the eLearning Network (eLN) and a
Freeman of the City of London, Neil works
and lives in a London suburb with is wife
Cathy (a leading Human Performance
Improvement coach and facilitator) and
his 4 children.
