Main Page

Welcome to the elearning glossary. It's still early days but the idea is that we can work together as a community to build a world-class encyclopaedia of elearning concepts. We have the makings of a workable glossary already, covering more than 100 concepts, but we need to flesh these out as well as extend the list to cover all aspects of elearning.

The glossary is actually a [[wiki]] and, as you probably know, wiki's are co-operative efforts; that means that you, along with any other eLN member, can add or edit pages at any time. To edit any page in the glossary, just click on the edit button above. To create a link to another page, enclose the word(s) comprising the link in double square brackets. If the page you're linking to doesn't already exist, you can click on the new link to start editing the new page. To see examples of links, click on the edit button for this page and scroll down to the see the links to concepts already included in the glossary.

If you don't yet feel up to editing the glossary yourself and want to suggest a new page, click on [[http://www.elearningnetwork.org/contact|Contact]], describe what it is you want and we'll do our best to add the information to the wiki for you.
